Brief Overview Case Study 2021-2023:  

  • Took GOP from $12m to $20m in acquisition of The Conrad Miami by implementing the AKA business model, launching Hotel AKA Brickell, all while under heavy renovation and took Trip Advisor from 54/155 to 1/155

 

Brand Level Initiatives:

  • Assessed and implemented operating systems, introduced new SOPs and Best Practices to create cultural shifts by including and incentivizing team members
     

  • Initiated and onboarded top tier Relocation and Travel Management networks and supply chains to provide a single-source solution to clients and partners
     

  • Improved NOI and EBITDA through strategic revenue management and SOP creation and activation
     

  • Collaborated with Marketing, PR, and Digital Agencies to create niche-specific programs
     

  • Developed and implemented a revenue management team to support our variable-length-of-stay strategy
     

  • Channel Management Tool Implementation and pioneering of an innovative channel management tool for corporate lodging using The Lexington Group (now Sabre) in 1998. This system allowed Travel Agents and TMCs, the use of the Global Distribution System (GDS) for enhanced online booking capabilities.
